Return Material Request Form
As a courtesy for purchases made from one of our authorized shops, we will
accept back direct returns made by customers.
User may return products which were purchased directly from us.
Users must obtain our approval prior to returning any product to us for
repair or replacement. User must submit the following form to request
our approval.
If you would like to return any of our products which are defective, please complete the
following form and forward it to us (via email at end of form). Or if
you have any difficulty, you may call us and provide such information by
phone. We will then contact you and authorize you to return the product
or advise you if we are unable to accept the product back.
All items returned to us must be in their original packaging and a copy of
the original receipt must be included.
We will repair or replace any defective product that is returned within
its original warranty period. We will pay the return freight back to
your location. You must pay for the postage back to us. Any loss or
damage that occurs while in transit to us is your responsibility, so
insure the shipment for your own protection.
For direct orders with us, we must be notified of all shipping errors and defects within 10 days of receipt
by you.
The product warranty shall be null and void if the unit has been abused
or damaged by the user (you) and no free replacement will be made.
If we decide to accept products back for credit only
(at our option), we may charge a restocking charge of
15%. We reserve the right to refuse any products back
which are missing parts, packaging, or have been abused
or damaged by the User.
