Redeem Gift Certificates
Congratulations!
You are the lucky recipient of one of our gift
certificates. We have a lot of great products for
knitters and spinners. You will not have any problem
finding something that you like.
If
your total purchase exceeds the value of your gift
certificate, don't worry. You can make up the difference
yourself by using your credit card.
The procedure below will explain how to redeem your
certificate.
Our certificate
is valid for any of our
products and for a period of 6 months from the date of
issue.
You
must redeem your entire certificate during a single
shopping session. We cannot extend a partial amount of
the certificate beyond the initial shopping spree.
Our
system is fairly simple:
Redemption Process
- After you receive a
certificate from someone, you may redeem it
online or by phone.
- To redeem online, simply
review the contents of this page.
- Then surf our website and
check out our products. Get a good idea of
what you want to purchase.
- Then come back to this
page and click the link below. That is the
link that records your redemption and
credits your account during the shopping
session.
- Be sure to fill in the
Gift Certificate number on the form or we
will not be able to ship your order.
- Be sure to only put the
amount of the certificate on the form as the
Quantity of units to buy on the certificate
form. Each unit is worth $1.00, so a gift
certificate of $20.00 would mean that you
would enter 20 in the quantity section. This
portion of your purchase will appear as a
negative value (it is the value of your
credit)
- After you complete the
redemption form, then you should continue
shopping and select the items that you want.
- Then go to checkout.
Sales tax will be added if you live in North
Carolina.
- Postage will be added
after it deducts the value of your
certificate.
- If your total exceeds the
value of your certificate, you will need to
cover the difference with you credit card.
- We will check your order
against our database of certificates and get
back to you if there is any discrepancy..
- You are all set and now
you can enjoy your items when they are
received. Be sure to thank the person who
gave you the certificate!
