- Our newest stocking kits are designed to use our
new
Darby
yarn which is a very soft but durable 100% worsted spun American wool in
3/8's sport weight. Darby has the same feel
and content as Digit. It is just 3/8's as opposed to 2/8's wool. Although Darby is
technically a Sport Weight yarn which has 85 yds per ounce
(1,360 yds per LB).

Nancy's Knit Knacks is
very happy to introduce our line of heirloom quality Scandinavian
Christmas Stocking Kits.
We
have been selling hand knit stockings
since 1998. From 2000 - 2002, we sold hundreds of hand knit stockings.
Unfortunately, though, knitters were not able to
take advantage of these award winning designs and we were forced to turn
scores of them away each year. Now, with the introduction of our stocking
kits, knitters can make some of these great designs also.
We have selected some of the very best designs
for this initial collection of kits. In total, this collection consists
of 9 different patterns.
